About

We are all human, not machines. Each of us is challenged in life differently, yet we often forget that we are not provided an owners-manual for life, we learn as we go, and when we get stuck, we begin to beat ourselves up thinking we are not adequate, which is not the case. My objective as a therapist is to assist you on your journey through life and assist you with your self-exploration.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional, my goal is to create a tailored treatment plan to assist you in reaching your life goals. Learning how to change the way we think as well as gaining insight how thoughts and events in our life affect us is the key in our life exploration.

I provide services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Play therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I look forward to assisting you on your Path to Change.
